Technical exchange with the Taoyuan City Government Fire Department (Taiwan)

Together with students from our university's Emergency Medicine course, we visited the Taoyuan City Government Fire Department in Taoyuan, Taiwan.

This visit also served as an opportunity to exchange information and technical knowledge about the emergency medical systems of Taiwan and Japan, and Murakami also had the opportunity to drive an actual ambulance at a local fire station and rush to the scene together with the local ambulance team.

The exchange was also very meaningful, with the police discussing the subtle nuances of treatment methods between Taiwan and Japan.

At the end of the tour, the chief and deputy chief of the city government's fire department presented the crew with certificates of completion.
